Common questions

How do I sign in?

RackedUp uses Sign in with Google (Android and iOS) and Sign in with Apple (iOS). There is no separate email/password login.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → ToolsDelete Account. This permanently removes your account and training data from our servers. You must be online to complete deletion.

Sync and offline use

RackedUp queues changes when you’re offline and syncs when you reconnect. If data looks stale, pull to refresh on the relevant screen or ensure you’re signed in with a stable internet connection.

Apple Health / Health Connect

When enabled in app settings, completed workouts can be exported to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). Permissions are managed on your device. RackedUp does not read health data in the initial release.
